- All guests must remove their shoes prior to entering the playground.
- For hygiene purposes, all guests must wear socks upon entering.
- For safety, all children must wear non-slip socks with rubber grips. Adults are recommended to wear grip socks but it’s optional.
- Additional charges may apply for events and other activities.
- Guests are recommended to book tickets online before visiting to secure your timeslot due to capacity limits inside the playground.

FAQs
Do I need to sign the waiver form?
Yes, all guests (children and adults) must complete the waiver form beofre entering the playground area. Our waiver form has information on our rules and policies which all guests need to read and adhere to, and it is also needed to have access to the facility.
Can I drop off my child?
Jolly Bubble is an unsupervised indoor playground facility. Each child under 4 years old will require 1 adult supervised at all times. 1 adult can supervise up to 2 children who are both over 4 years old at the same time. Children of the same family is excluded from this rule)
Do I need to wear socks?
Yes, for safety and hygeine reasons, children must wear anti-slip socks with rubber grips, and adults are required to wear socks.
Can I bring food and drinks?
No outside food or drinks allowed inside the playground (except for party food brought by the party host, and baby food for children under 2 years old). Our in-store Jolly Cafe is now open and a variety of food and drink options is available for purchase.
Can I bring a stroller into the playground?
Sorry, for safety reasons, strollers are NOT allowed inside the playground. There is limited space to park strollers, please leave strollers in your car.
