Do I need to sign the waiver form?
Yes, all guests must complete the waiver form before entering the playground.
What are the socks requirement?
All guests must remove their shoes prior to entering the playground. For hygiene purposes, all guests must wear socks upon entering. For Safety, all children under 150cm tall must wear non-slip socks with rubber grips. Adults are recommended to wear grip socks but it’s optional.
Can I switch wristbands for adults?
Please wear your wristband upon entry to the playground and keep it on for the duration of your stay. Wristbands should not be switched between guests. For any replacement, please contact the front desk.
Are strollers allowed?
Due to our soft flooring, strollers are not allowed inside the playground. Our reception will instruct where to park strollers.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the playground, except for baby food (nuts free) for children under 2 years old and food purchased by the host during parties.
Is supervision required for children?
Yes, parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times. For safety reasons, each child under 4 years old requires one adult’s supervision. One adult may supervise up to two children who are both over 4 years old (children from the same family are exempt from this rule).
Do you sell food or drinks?
Yes, we have a variety of drink options such as coffee, milkshakes and other snacks.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes. One toddler under 12 months old may enter free with a paid sibling. We also offer sibling discounts on Annual VIP Pass, including a discount for the second sibling’s pass.
